Although I am not a physician or research scientist, I am a committed and careful researcher of technical information and share health tips which I have considered and used in my own journey of health as a breast cancer survivor. I am also mindful of citing sources and careful not to plagiarize. Thanksgiving has always been my favorite holiday. It’s simple. And it’s about remembering our Abundant Blessings, and being Grateful for all that is good in our lives. For many of you too, it’s about family, friends, food and connection.

Here are a few of my favorite quotes about thankfulness and blessings. I hope you enjoy these too!

“We can only be said to be alive in those moments when our hearts are conscious of our treasures.”
– Thornton Wilder

“As we express our gratitude, we must never forget that the highest appreciation is not to utter words, but to live by them.”
– John F. Kennedy

“Now is no time to think of what you do not have. Think of what you can do with what there is.”
– Ernest Hemingway

“If the only prayer you ever say in your entire life is thank you, it will be enough.”
– Meister Eckhart

“Let us be grateful to people who make us happy; they are the charming gardeners who make our souls blossom.”
– Marcel Proust

May this Thanksgiving bring you all that is abundantly “enough.”

With Gratitude,
