It’s officially autumn and with this season I always think of pumpkins! We carve them, decorate with them and best of all, we eat pumpkin in many delicious ways! Loaded with vitamins and minerals, pumpkin is low in calories, so indulge! Prevention, Healing and Tips!

As we all know, October is Breast Cancer Awareness month. There is a ton of information out there and we are being brought to further awareness each and every day, especially this month. The onslaught of information to help and comfort, while well intentioned, can also bring feelings of fear, helplessness, memories of lost loved ones, and other emotions. I know – I’ve been there.
